Frequently Asked Questions for Mactronic Sirius T25 THH0172 – Hochleistungs-EDC-Taschenlampe mit IP68, 2500 lm, 360 m PHL0012 7 V / 5000 mAh
How can I write useful feedback after a purchase?
A review can explain an experience without replacing a request for assistance. Avoid making claims about another person's motives when describing an order problem.
What should I check if an approved refund has not appeared yet?
Keep the original order reference available for follow-up. Retain written information explaining any difference in the recorded amount.
How can I decide whether an optional addition is useful?
Ask for clarification when the benefit is described only in broad language. Ask how a change to the main order would affect the addition.
