Check filtered message folders when confirmation is expected by email. A payment notification can provide context but may not explain the complete order status.
Ask what information is needed to verify the original transaction. Check the outcome of each documented step before repeating it.
Ask whether the original option remains available under a different arrangement. Accept the substitute only after its confirmed details fit your needs and the revised arrangement is clear.
